Budget Revision Requests GT-11-16 Transfer From CDBG Program Income Transfer To Light House Permanent Supportive Housing, Stanton Center Rehabilitation, Funding for Public Services, and Administration Attachments: GT-11-16.pdf Chief of Community Development Wellman gave a presentation on the budget transfer and answered questions from the committee. Planning and Zoning Director Gutwald was also present and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Arnett moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Alderman Budge spoke on Public Services definition. Assistant Finance Director Leaman spoke on Capital Projects and answered questions from the committee. 4.
