Chambers, Jr. City Council Chambers Finance Committee Finance Committee Standing Committee Minutes March 15, 2016 1. Call To Order Chairman Pfeiffer called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m. Roll Call Present: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone 2. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes FC030116 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Attachments: FC03.01.16 Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone b. Grant Approvals GA-31-16 Annapolis Police Kids Club- APD Attachments: GA-31-16 Special Projects Director Hart gave a presentation on the grant and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone c. Budget Revision Requests GT-17-16 Transfer from Truxtun Park Swimming Pool, Fire Station Paving, Truxtun Park Skatepark, Trail Connections, General Improvements (2015 Bonds) Greenfield Street, WYRE Tower, Roof Repair Program, and City Dock Infrastructure Transfer to Maintenance Facilities, and City Hall Restoration- Public Works Attachments: GT-17-16 Public Works Director Jarrell gave a presentation on the budget transfer and answered questions from the committee. Alderman Arnett moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone GT-18-16 Transfer from 2015 Improvements, and City Dock Infrastructure Transfer to General Roadways- Public Works City of Annapolis Page 1 Finance Committee Standing Committee Minutes March 15, 2016 Attachments: GT-18-16 Public Works Director Jarrell gave a presentation on the budget transfer and answered questions from the committee. General Discussion ID-144-16 Budget Hearing Process Discussion Finance Director Miller and City Manager Andrews were present to answer questions from the committee. This Informational Item was presented. Alderwoman Finalyson, Alderman Kirby, and Alderman Budge were present and participated in the discussion. 4.
