1. Call To Order
Chairman Pfeiffer called the meeting to order at 2:10 p.m.
Roll Call
Present: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone
2. General Discussion
ID-146-16 FY 2017 Change Documents from the Finance Department
Finance Director Miller gave an overview of the discussion topic and spoke on FY 2017
Budget Proforma, Program Listing Sheet, Department Programs, Capital Improvement
Program Schedule, Salary and Benefit Projections, Department Submissions and Fund
Balance Analysis and answered questions from the committee. Fire Lieutenant Lister was
present and spoke on Budget Projections.
This Informational Item was presented
Alderwoman Finlayson was present and spoke on Human Resources
Organization Chart, Anne Arundel County Fund Balance.
3. Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
3:57 p.m.
