Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderman Pfeiffer, Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone GA-4-17 FY2015 Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) Grant Attachments: GA-4-17.pdf Fire Chief Stokes, Deputy Fire Chief Simmons, Deputy Fire Chief Remaley and Union President Spriggs gave a joint presentation on the grant and spoke on the SAEFER grant funding, staffing levels, the (DROP) deferred Option Retirement Program and answered questions from the committee. City Manager Andrews was present spoke on the grant and answered questions from the committee. Lease Agreement for Stanton Center - For the purpose of approving the lease for certain City-owned space in the Stanton Center to the Annapolis Arts District, Inc.; and matters generally relating to said lease.
