Call To Order Chairman Pfieffer called the meeting to order at 1:06 p.m. Roll Call 2. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes FC100317 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Pfeiffer, Arnett and Paone b. ID-330-17 FY2017 Unpaid Invoices Assistant Finance Director Leaman was present and answered questions from the Committee. Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Pfeiffer, Arnett and Paone c. Grant Approvals GA-20-18 POS City of Annapolis Nature Area City Manager Andrews was present and answered questions from the Committee. Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Pfeiffer, Arnett and Paone GA-21-18 Overtime for AA County Tobacco Sales Compliance Project Assistant Finance Director Leaman was present and answered questions from the Committee. Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Pfeiffer, Arnett and Paone GA-22-18 Emergency Solutions Grant Assistant Finance Director Leaman was present and answered questions from the Committee. Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: City of Annapolis Page 1 Finance Committee Standing Committee Minutes October 17, 2017 Aye: 3- Pfeiffer, Arnett and Paone GA-23-18 2017 Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) Grant Program Director of Office of Emergency Management Simmons was present and stated that the office applied for and received this grant every year. Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Pfeiffer, Arnett and Paone GA-24-18 Annual Transportation Plan FY2018 Operating and Capital Grant Transporation Director Gordon was present and answered questions from the Committee. Alderman Arnett moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Pfeiffer, Arnett and Paone d. Budget Revision Requests GT-5-18 Transfer From: Fund Balance Transfer To: Parkside Preserve Acquisition of Property City Manager Andrews was present and answered questions from the Committee. Alderman Arnett moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Pfeiffer, Arnett and Paone GT-6-18 Transfer From: Market House Renovations Transfer To: City Facility Improvements Public Works Director Jarrell was present and answered questions from the Committee. Alderman Arnett moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Pfeiffer, Arnett and Paone GT-7-18 Transfer From: Stormwater Mgmt Retrofit Transfer To: Dorsey Ave Storm Drain Public Works Director Jarrell was present and answered questions from the Committee. Alderman Arnett moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Pfeiffer, Arnett and Paone 3.
