Call To Order Chairman Arnett called the meeting to order at 11:22 a.m. 2. Roll Call Present: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone Absent: 1- Alderwoman Finlayson 3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderman Paone moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone Absent: 1- Alderwoman Finlayson 4. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes FC04.17.19 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone Absent: 1- Alderwoman Finlayson b. Departmental Reviews ID-452-19 Finance Department, including Community Grants and Non Allocated Costs Finance Director Dickinson, and City Manager Sutherland were present and answered questions from the committee. Alderwoman Tierney was present and addressed the committee. Chief, Community Development Wellman, Office Associate IV Queen, and Patti Norris provided the Committee with a presentation on Community Grants. Planning and Zoning Director Gutwald was present and answered questions from the committee. Committee will hear again next week ID-453-19 Department of Planning and Zoning Planning and Zoning Director Gutwald, Comprehensive Planner Nash, Chief, Community Development Wellman, City Manager Sutherland and Finance Director Dickerson were present and answered questions from the committee.
