Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Arnett and Alderman Paone Absent: 1- Alderwoman Finlayson GT-9-19 Office of Law Transfer From: Finance/Unallocated Contingency Transfer To: Law/Elections Contract Services Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably.
