Seconded. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson 1. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes FC09.15.21 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Attachments: FC09.15.21 Alderwoman Finlayson moved to approve the minutes for the Regular Meeting. Miguez, were present and answered questions from the Committee. Finance Director Dickinson stated that the amount should be changed from 21,308.00 to 21,318.00. Alderman Paone moved to recommend with amendments SA-7-22. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. Miguez was present and answered questions from the Committee. Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably SA-8-22. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson ID-226-21 Discussion: Audit Committee City Manager Jarrell was present and answered questions from the Committee. 2. Legislation before Committee O-35-21 Acceptable Forms of Signature - For the purpose of authorizing use of automated or computer generated electronic or digital signatures for certain official City documents; authorizing the City Manager to delegate signature authority for certain contracts; providing certain definitions; and generally relating to signatures. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably O-35-21. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderman Arnett, Alderman Paone and Alderwoman Finlayson R-29-21 Military Bowl Parade and Football Game - For the purpose of identifying the Military Bowl Parade and Football Game that will be held on December 27, 2021 as a Major Special Event; and waiving certain City of Annapolis fees for services related to that event.
