General Discussion ID-479-15 Housing and Human Welfare Committee Chair Election/Meeting Dates Alderman Littmann moved to recommend favorably the appointment of Alderman Kirby as chair of the Housing and Human Welfare Committee. No changes were noted in the scheduled meeting dates. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 2- Alderman Budge and Alderman Littmann Abstain: 1- Alderman Kirby ID-10-15 CDBG Application Update Chief of Community Development Wellman gave an update on the status of the Community Development Block Grant Applications, and answered questions from the committee.
