Call To Order Chairman Kirby called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m. Roll Call Present: 2- Alderman Budge and Alderman Kirby Absent: 1- Alderman Littmann 2. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes Alderman Budge moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Budge and Alderman Kirby Absent: 1- Alderman Littmann HHW071817 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting b. Appointments and reappointments to Committees AP-20-17 The Appointment of S. Colby Peters to the Housing and Community Development Committee Dr. S Colby Peters was present and answered questions from the Committee, Planning and Zoning Chief of Community Development Wellman, and Citizen Representative Vaughn. Alderman Budge moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Budge and Alderman Kirby Absent: 1- Alderman Littmann AP-23-17 The Appointment of Judith Branham to the Commission on Aging Community Service Specialists Tibbs was present on behalf of Judith Branham and answered questions from the Committee. Alderman Budge moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderman Budge and Alderman Kirby Absent: 1- Alderman Littmann 3. General Discussion Planning and Zoning Chief of Community Development Wellman stated that she had City of Annapolis Page 1 Housing and Human Welfare / Standing Committee Minutes September 20, 2017 Housing and Community Development completed the annual report. She expressed concerns about funding as well as changing the quorum from (2) Aldermen/women and (1) Committee member, to (1) Alderman/woman and (2) Committee members. 4.
