Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Add the Election of Committee Chair Alderwoman Tierney moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda as amended. Seconded. Appointments and reappointments to Committees AP-129-19 The Appointment of Bishop Craig Coates to the Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis Board Bishop Craig Coates was present and answered questions from the committee. Alderwoman Tierney moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. Chapman to the Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis Board Sandra Chapman was present and answered questions from the committee. Alderwoman Tierney moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Chairperson Rodriguez and Alderman Gay AP-142-19 The Re-Appointment of Martha Scott to the Human Relations Commission No longer AP-143-19 The Re-Appointment of Dianne Graham to the Human Relations Commission Alderwoman Tierney moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Chairperson Rodriguez and Alderman Gay ID-663-19 Chair Election - Alderman Gay City of Annapolis Page 2 Housing and Human Welfare Standing Committee Minutes November 18, 2019 Alderwoman Tierney moved to approve the election of Alderman Gay as the Chair of the Housing and Human Welfare Committee.
