Chambers, Jr. City Council Chambers Housing and Human Welfare Housing and Human Welfare Standing Committee Meeting November 16, 2020 Minutes 1. Call To Order Chairman Gay called the meeting to order at 3:07 p.m. 2. Roll Call Alderman Schandelmeier arrived at 3:15 p.m. Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Chairperson Gay and Alderman Schandelmeier 3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderwoman Tierney moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda as amended to remove the Community Action Agency Executive Team Presentation. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderwoman Tierney and Chairperson Gay Absent: 1- Alderman Schandelmeier 4. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes HHW10.19.2 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Minutes 0 Alderwoman Tierney moved to approve the Regular Minutes. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderwoman Tierney and Chairperson Gay Absent: 1- Alderman Schandelmeier b. Appointments and reappointments to Committees AP-130-19 The Appointment of Patrick N. Sheridan to the Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis Board Patrick Sheridan was present and answered questions from the committee. Alderwoman Tierney moved to recommend favorably AP-130-19. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Chairperson Gay and Alderman Schandelmeier c. General Discussion The committee discussed possible meeting time change. Assistant City Manager Farrow was present and introduced the new Community Cares Social Worker Erin Lee. 6.
