Chairwoman Pindell Charles called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m.
2. Roll Call
Present: 2- Alderwoman Pindell Charles and Alderman Paone
Absent: 1- Alderwoman Henson
3. Business before Committee

Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken.
The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

Absent: 1- Alderwoman Henson

Steps-Pam M. Brown, Ph.D., Executive Director, Anne Arundel County,
Partnership for Children, Youth & Families
Pam M. Brown, Ph.D., Executive Director, Anne Arundel County Partnership for
Children Youth & Families was present and and answered questions from the
committee.
c. ID-146-18 Presentation: Welcome and Introductions, Role as City Manager, and
Financial and Budget Matters-Teresa Sutherland
City Manager Sutherland was present and answered questions from the committee.
d. ID-147-18 Quarterly Briefing: Annapolis Fire Department Planning Section
Deputy Fire Chief Simmons, Battalion Chief Ortlieb, Lt. Muhitch, Training Captain
Morris, and Office of Emergency Management Deputy Director Mundell were present
and answered questions from the committee.
e. ID-148-18 Update: APD
Police Chief Baker was present and answered questions from the committee.
4. Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
7:40 PM.
