Call To Order Chairwoman Pindell Charles called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. 2. Roll Call Present: 2- Alderwoman Pindell Charles and Alderman Paone 3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderman Paone moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderwoman Pindell Charles and Alderman Paone Absent: 1- Henson 4. Business before Committee a. Approval of Minutes PSC07.01.1 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting 9 approve Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 2- Alderwoman Pindell Charles and Alderman Paone Absent: 1- Henson b. ID-328-18 “Public Safety: Spotlight!”-APD Police Chief Jackson, and Lt. Krauss were present and answered questions from the committee. c. ID-329-18 “Public Safety: Spotlight!”-AFD Fire Chief Remaley, and Deputy Fire Chief Spriggs were present and answered questions from the committee. d. ID-330-18 “Public Safety: Spotlight!”-OEM Office Of Emergency Management Department Director Simmons, and Emergency Planner Seborowski were present and answered questions from the committee. 5.
