1. Call To Order
Troop #366 was present and led the committee in the Pledge of Allegiance. Troop
leader, John Martino addressed the committee.
Chairwoman Pindell Charles called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.
2. Roll Call
Present: 3- Alderwoman Pindell Charles, Alderman Paone and Alderman Gay
3. Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here)
Alderman Paone moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded. A roll
call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderwoman Pindell Charles, Alderman Paone and Alderman Gay

Alderman Paone moved to approve. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken.
The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderwoman Pindell Charles, Alderman Paone and Alderman Gay
5. Legislation before Committee
O-19-19 Adequate Public Facilities - Auto transportation facilities - For the
purpose of clarifying the circumstances that would require a traffic impact analysis for
a proposed project; clarifying the standards to be used to determine adequacy; and
generally relating to the adequacy of auto transportation facilities.
Planning and Zoning Acting Director Nash was present and answered questions from
the committee.
Postpone
Alderman Paone moved to Continue. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The
motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Alderwoman Pindell Charles, Alderman Paone and Alderman Gay
O-36-19 Parking Meters - For the purpose of including parking kiosks and parking mobile
devices in the requirements for installation and location of parking meters.
Transportation Director Gordon was present and answered questions from the

Alderman Paone moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. A roll call vote
was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:

6. Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
6:30 p.m.
