2. Legislation before Committee
O-36-14 Building Board of Appeals Member Qualifications - For the purpose of
amending the membership qualifications of the Building Board of Appeals
so that at least one member has a working knowledge in the fields of forest
conservation and environmental matters.

Grid 0017, Tax Map 051C, known as 61 West Washington Street,
Annapolis, Maryland, to be zoned in its entirety as BR, “Business
Revitalization” Zoning District.

Director Gutwald of Planning and Zoning gave a brief overview of the legislation. Chief of
Community Development Wellman answered questions from the committee.
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably. Seconded. CARRIED on
voice vote.

ID-483-15 Rules Committee Chair Election/ Meeting Dates
Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably the appointment of
Alderman Arnett as chair of the Rules and City Government Committee. No
changes were noted in the scheduled meeting dates. Seconded. CARRIED on
voice vote.
Aye: 2- Alderwoman Pindell Charles and Alderwoman Finlayson
Abstain: 1- Alderman Arnett
5. Adjournment
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the meeting was adjourned at
4:23 p.m.
