RECOMMENDED BY THE RISK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE".
Amendment #2 On page 1, line 40, after "Kinds" add a "coma" and on Page1,
line 38, after "section" add a "coma". Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.

amendments: Amendment #1 Page 1, line 35, add "THERE SHALL BE A REVIEW

NEW CITY COUNCIL". Amendment #2 On page 2, line 4, "after" (BAN'S) strike
"OF" and on line 5, after "years" insert "AFTER THE COMPLETION OF A
PROJECT". Amendment #3 On page 2, line 15, after "FIFTEEN PERCENT" insert
"OF UNDESIGNATED FUND BALANCE". Amendment #4 On page 2, line 18, after
"not" strike "ESTABLISH A TREND OF USING" insert "USE". Seconded. CARRIED
on voice vote.

O-7-15 City Grants to Non-Profit Organizations - For the purpose of revising City
priorities for making operating and/or capital grants to non-profit
organizations under the Community Grant Program; and revising the

capital Community Grant Program grants.
