Aye: 3- Alderwoman Pindell Charles, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderman Arnett O-36-15 Adequate Public Facilities - For the purpose of adding review criteria and certification for adequate school facilities to Title 22 of the Code of the City of Annapolis; and matters generally relating to the adequacy of school facilities. City Attorney Leahy was also present and answered questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to postpone. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 2- Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderman Arnett Abstain: 1- Alderwoman Pindell Charles O-47-15 Moderately Priced Dwelling Units - For the purpose of amending the eligibility requirements for access to moderately priced dwelling units to include individuals working within the United States Naval Academy grounds. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend favorably with the following amendment: On page 3, in line 4, after: "Academy" strike: "Grounds" and insert: "or the Annapolis Naval Base" Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 3- Alderwoman Pindell Charles, Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderman Arnett Alderman Arnett moved to recommend favorably as amended. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote.
