Leo Wilson, 209 West Street, Annapolis, Maryland 21401 of Hammond Wilson Architects representing the contract purchaser's Mike Keenan and Johns Bruno was also present, spoke on the legislation and answered questions from the committee. Alderwoman Finalyson requested to be added to the legislation as a sponsor. Alderwoman Finlayson moved to recommend with amendments. Seconded. CARRIED on voice vote. Aye: 2- Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderman Arnett Absent: 1- Alderwoman Pindell Charles 3.
