Call To Order Chairman Arnett called the meeting to order at 4:06 p.m. Roll Call Present: 2- Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderman Arnett Absent: 1- Alderwoman Pindell Charles 2. Legislation before Committee O-6-17 Food Stores in C2A Districts - For the purpose of introducing Food Stores as a permitted use in C2A zoning districts; and removing the erroneous reference to a standard for Food Stores in the PM2 zoning district. Aye: 2- Alderwoman Finlayson and Alderman Arnett Absent: 1- Alderwoman Pindell Charles R-7-17 Equal Protection CommissionTASK FORCE - For the purpose of creating a TEMPORARY ADVISORY TASK FORCE Commission to study and COMMISSIONED TO provide the Mayor and City Council with a public forum FOR STUDYING AND PREPARING REPORTS ABOUT THE ISSUES OF FOREIGN-BORN RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF ANNAPOLIS to recommend and act to understand, mandate and enforce “equal protection under the law” in Annapolis; and all matters relating to said CommissionTASK FORCE.
