PREMISES. “PREMISES” MEANS ONLY THOSE TYPES OF DWELLINGS, DWELLING UNITS, BED AND BREAKFAST HOMES, HOTELS, MOTELS, AND INNS LISTED IN SECTION 17.44.010 THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE LICENSED PURSUANT TO THIS CHAPTER.
