Chambers, Jr. City Council Chambers Rules & City Government Committee Rules & City Government Standing Committee Meeting May 4, 2021 Committee Minutes Call To Order Chairwoman Finlayson called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m. Roll Call Present: 3- Finlayson, Savidge and Arnett Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderman Arnett moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Finlayson, Savidge and Arnett 1. Business and Miscellaneous Approval of Minutes RCG04.06.2 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting 1 Attachments: RCG04.06.21 Alderman Arnett moved to approve the minutes for the Regular Meeting. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Finlayson, Savidge and Arnett 2. Legislation before Committee O-47-20 Local Zoning Map Amendment - For the purpose of rezoning parcel 1340, Grid 0008, Tax Map 052A, known as 21 Maryland Avenue, Annapolis, Maryland, to be zoned in its entirety as C1, “Conservation Residence” Zoning District. Alderman Arnett moved to recommend favorably O-47-21. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. Attachments: O-11-21 First Reader O-11-21 Staff Report O-11-21 Fiscal Impact Note O-11-21 SIGNED Human Resources Manager Hopkins was present and answered questions from the Committee. Alderman Arnett moved to recommend favorably O-11-21. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken.
