The Chair called the meeting to order at 5:36 p.m.

4. General Discussion
ID-13-073 Regional Transportation Authority Update
Transportation Director Newell spoke on the topic.
City Attorney Murnane spoke on the topic.
Mr. Murnane discussed the Draft MOU of the Central Maryland Transportation and
Mobility Consortium as well as the process of drafting the MOU.
Mr. Newell discussed how the adoption of regional transportation will affect the
employees and the transportation users.
Alderman Kirby requested that the employees who may be affected be briefed on how
this will affect them.
Mr. Newell Discussed the next steps in the process.
ID-13-074 Bus Shelters
City Attorney Murnane spoke about the bus shelters.
Transportation Director Newell discussed the bus shelters. Mr. Newell discussed the
history of the situation.
