Chambers, Jr. City Council Chambers Transportation Committee Transportation Committee Standing Committee Meeting March 11, 2021 Minutes Call To Order Chairwoman Tierney called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. Roll Call Present: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Pindell Charles and Alderman Schandelmeier Approval of Agenda (any changes to the agenda should be made here) Alderman Schandelmeier moved to adopt the Regular Meeting Agenda. Seconded. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Pindell Charles and Alderman Schandelmeier 1. Business before Committee Approval of Minutes TC02.11.21 Approval of Minutes for the Regular Meeting Attachments: TC02.11.21 approve Alderman Schandelmeier moved to approve the minutes for the Regular Meeting. Seconded. A roll call vote was taken. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Pindell Charles and Alderman Schandelmeier 2. Legislation before Committee O-19-19 Adequate Public Facilities - Auto transportation facilities - For the purpose of clarifying the circumstances that would require a traffic impact analysis for a proposed project; clarifying the standards to be used to determine adequacy; and generally relating to the adequacy of auto transportation facilities. The motion CARRIED by the following vote: Aye: 3- Alderwoman Tierney, Alderwoman Pindell Charles and Alderman Schandelmeier O-29-20 Small Cell Systems - For the purpose of establishing requirements for small cell systems; adding small cell systems as a use subject to standards in all zoning districts; creating certain definitions; and generally relating to small cell systems.
