Absent: Councilmember Skogquist. Staff present: City Manager Greg Lee, Finance Director Brenda Smith, Police Chief, Eric Peterson, Public Service Director, Mark Anderson and Golf Manager Larry Norland. 1. CITY COUNCIL GOVERNMENTAL BUDGET REVIEW REVIEW Finance Director Brenda Smith reviewed the City’s Governmental Funds & Golf Budgets with the City Council in preparation for a developing a Preliminary Budget.
