CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL Present at roll call: Mayor Pro-tem Barnett, Skogquist, Weaver, and Wesp. Absent at roll call: Mayor Rice. Staff present: City Manager Greg Lee; Community Development Director Doug Borglund and City Attorney Scott Baumgartner. A motion was made motion to convene into a Closed Executive Session pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 13D.05, Subd 3, (c) for the purpose of discussing potential real estate transactions related to PID #: 36-32-25-34-0007, PID #: 36-32-25-34-0010, PID # 36-32-25- 34-0009. The motion was seconded. Vote taken. All ayes. Mayor Pro-tem Barnett called the Closed Executive Session to order at 5:00 p.m. Discussion was held. The Closed Executive Session adjourned at 5:30 p.m. 5:30 P.M. SPECIAL MEETING Mayor Pro-tem Barnett called the Special Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. 3. COUNCIL BUSINESS and/or DISCUSSION ITEMS 3.1 RES/Approving Purchase Agreement Acquisition of PID 36-32-25-34-0010 or 551 West Garfield Street. Staff presented an analysis of the proposed real estate negations including price and relocation costs. Council discussed the expenses in detail. Vote taken: All Ayes 3.2 RES/Approving Purchase Agreement Acquisition of PID 36-32-25-34-0009 or 541 West Garfield Street. Staff presented an analysis of the proposed real estate negations including price and relocation costs. Council discussed the expenses in detail. Councilmember Skogquist made a motion to adopt a Resolution Approving A Purchase Agreement Acquisition of PID 36-32-25-34-0010 or 551 West Garfield Street. Motion was seconded by Councilmember Wesp.
