CALL TO ORDER Mayor Pro Tem Scott called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 8:09 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL Present at roll call: Mayor Pro Tem Scott, Councilmembers Skogquist, Weaver, and Wesp. Also present: City Manager Greg Lee. Absent at roll call: Mayor Rice. 3. COUNCIL BUSINESS AND/OR DISCUSSION ITEMS Councilmember Wesp called for a point of order to inquire if this meeting had been posted as a resident had shared a concern that it had not. City Manager Greg Lee confirmed the meeting was posted in the main lobby in City Hall and was also published on the City’s website. Mayor Pro Tem Scott stated that due to the absence of Mayor Rice and the important issues to be discussed that should occur with the full Council present he requested a motion to postpone this meeting until Thursday, August 29 at 5:30 p.m. Motion by Councilmember Wesp, seconded by Councilmember Skogquist, to postpone the meeting until Thursday, August 29 at 5:30 p.m. Vote taken. All ayes. Motion carried. 3.1 RES/Consideration of Purchase Agreement; 649 Garfield Street, L.H. Bolduc. ITEM POSTPONED UNTIL AUGUST 29, 2024 3.2 RES/Approving Purchase Agreement; City’s Purchase of 517 Johnson Street.
