Pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 13D.05, Subd 3(a) the City Council held a Closed Executive Session to conduct a performance evaluation on City Attorney, Scott Baumgartner Pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 13D.05, Subd 3(a), at the next open meeting, the public body shall summarize its conclusions regarding the evaluation SUMMARIZATION Meeting commenced at 6:00 p.m. in the upper level committee room of City Hall. Present: Mayor Skogquist, Councilmembers; Rostad, Scott and Weaver. City Manager, Greg Lee, City Attorney, Scott Baumgartner. The City Council conducted the performance evaluation of City Attorney, Scott Baumgartner. There was no final conclusion taken at the meeting. The City Council requested that appropriate City staff provide an evaluation of the City Attorney and for that information to be provided to the City Council at a later. The City Council stated plans to circle back around on the performance evaluation of the City Attorney after receiving staff's performance evaluation information.
