Pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 13D.05, Subd 3(B) the City Council held a Closed Executive Session to discuss the Anoka County vs City of Anoka Litigation (Attorney-Client Privilege) SUMMARIZATION Meeting commenced at 6:00 p.m. in the upper level committee room of City Hall. Present: Mayor Skogquist, Councilmembers; Rostad, Scott and Weaver. City Manager, Greg Lee, Community Development Director, City Attorney, Scott Baumgartner and Jason Juboushek of Iverson Law Firm. The City Council discussed the Anoka County vs City of Anoka Litigation, which is an Attorney-Client Privilege topic.
