Case No. CE0403-012 – 1718 Yellowstone Dr. – Citation issued by Code Enforcement Officer Jim Tucker for $100.00 on February 24, 2004 for violation of Antioch Municipal Code 4-5.1207 which states it is unlawful for any person to engage in repairing a vehicle upon a public street while said repair was not necessitated by an immediate emergency.
