Case CE0308-230 – 2131 Washington Way, Antioch, CA Violation of the Uniform Housing Code Section 1001.1 “Substandard Building” of the Uniform Housing Code and Section 302 (12) of the Dangerous Building Code. 3. Case No. CE406-237 – 4105 Jarosite Court, Antioch, CA Citation #26 CE 0615 issued August 6, 2004 by Code Enforcement Officer Jim Tucker for $100.00 for the following Antioch Municipal Code violations: a. 4-16.07 which requires all vehicles or boats in public view in a residential district shall display current registration and shall be operational. b. 5-1.201(c) which prohibits a premises maintained so as to constitute a fire hazard by reason of wood, rank overgrowth, or an accumulation or debris, whether the same be a causative or only a contributive factor. 4. Case No. CE0404-355 – 1924 Mt. Hamilton Drive, Antioch, CA Citation #26 CE 0272 issued August 5, 2004 by Code Enforcement Officer Michael Peters for $200.00 for violating Antioch Municipal Code Section 4-16.07 which BOARD OF ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS October 15, 2004 Page 2 requires all vehicles or boats in public view in a residential district shall display current registration and shall be operational. 5. Case No. CE0405-095 – 2721 Barcelona Circle, Antioch, CA Citation #26 CE 0273 issued August 6, 2004 by Code Enforcement Officer Michael Peters for $500.00 in violation of Antioch Municipal Code Section 6-3.02(f) which specifies, the failure to subscribe for the collection and disposal of garbage, rubbish, and recyclable/salvageable materials shall be unlawful .
