AGENDA ITEMS 1. 16-95 Presentation and discussion on award of contract to Sunland Asphalt for the re-paving of segments of Baseline Avenue and Idaho Road in partial fulfillment of Fiscal Year 2016 and 2017 Street Maintenance Plans. The work would be through The Cooperative Purchasing Network cooperative contract #R5225 for $825,236.04 with a ten percent contingency of $82,523.60 for a total not to exceed amount of $907,759.64. Work would span two fiscal years contingent on funding available. 2. 16-96 Presentation and discussion on award of contract to Sunland Asphalt for street maintenance preservation seal work in various locations in partial fulfillment of Fiscal Year 2016 and 2017 Street Maintenance Plans. The work would be through The Cooperative Purchasing Network cooperative contract #R5225 for $403,135.99 with a ten percent contingency of $40,313.59 for a total not to exceed amount of $443,449.58. Work would span two fiscal years contingent on funding available. 3. 16-110 Presentation and discussion on the response to the city's notice inviting bid proposals for PW 2015-16 Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services and repair in which five proposals were received. Staff is recommending entering into an agreement with Innovative Mechanical Systems for the base bid of $14,200 for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew with four (4) additional one-year periods.
