CALL TO ORDER B. ROLL CALL C. AGENDA ITEMS 1. 16-197 Presentation and discussion by staff and members of the health and human services commission regarding Fiscal Year 2015-2016 health and human services funding recommendations. Members of the health and human services commission will be present to answer any of the council’s questions on these recommendations. Direction to staff will be requested at the May 3 council meeting. 2. 16-199 Presentation and discussion on the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Operation of a Local Visitor Information Center with city staff and representatives from the Apache Junction Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center and the Superstition Mountains Regional Business Alliance. A summary of findings for the two RFQ proposals was presented at the April 18, 2016 city council work session, and council has requested the consultants be present to answer remaining questions. 3. 16-219 Presentation and discussion with the mayor and city council and department directors on Fiscal Year 2016/2017 budget.
