AGENDA ITEMS 1. 17-076 Presentation and discussion with representatives of Arizona InterFaith Movement regarding their request for the city to become a "Golden Rule City". Current cities in Arizona that participate in this program include Flagstaff, Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Chandler and Scottsdale. 2. 17-090 Presentation and discussion on towing bid request for proposal PD 2016-04. Six bids were received. Staff will discuss the bids and next steps. 3. 17-092 Presentation and discussion on Ordinance No. 1445 amending Apache Junction City Code, Volume I, Chapter 2: Mayor, Council, and Appointed Boards and Commissions, Article 2-3: Council Election, by adding section 2-3-6 Initiative, Referendum and Recall Special Elections; repealing any conflicting provisions; providing for severability; and declaring an emergency.
