AGENDA ITEMS 1. 24-445 Presentation and discussion of Economic Development Agreement with the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC) for economic development services for the term of one year (FY24/25) in the amount of $19,320.00, and the appointment of Councilmember Peter Heck as the City of Apache Junction representative to the GPEC Board of Directors. 2. 24-483 Presentation and discussion of extension through August 31, 2024, of the individual towing contracts currently in place with Apache Sands Towing, CL King Towing, and Phoenix Metro Towing which are due to expire on June 30, 2024. 3. 24-497 Presentation and discussion of professional services agreement with Teresa Monica Hunt for public defender services. 4. 24-499 Presentation and discussion of appointment of associate magistrates for on-call/as needed service. 5. 24-502 Presentation and discussion of proposed amendments to City Code Article 4-8-1 Municipal Court Fee Schedule.
