Commissioner Gerstner moved that the Health and Human Services Commission accept the
agenda as presented. Commissioner Borey seconded the motion.

5. Approval of Minutes
20-171 Consideration of approval of regular meeting minutes of February 24, 2020.
Vice Chair Daniels moved that the Health and Human Services Commission approve the regular
meeting minutes of February 24, 2020 with corrections notated by Chair Erickson. Commissioner
Borey seconded the motion.

The commission acknowledged the resignation of Commissioner Jennifer Miernicki and thanked
her for her service on the commission.

The commission and staff discussed hosting a panel discussion at the mayor's breakfast on
May 13, 2020. The commission and staff discussed possible questions that can be posed to
the agencies selected for the panel.
