Public Hearing 2. 22-288 Presentation, discussion, public hearing and consideration of Resolution No. 2022-002 SVCFD No. 1, a resolution of the district board of the Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 1 approving a proposed district budget for Fiscal Year 2022/23 and declaring an emergency. Chair Wilson called for a motion. 3. 22-304 Presentation, discussion, public hearing and consideration of Resolution No. 2022-003 SVCFD No. 1, a resolution of the district board of the Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 1 adopting the Fiscal Year 2022/23 budget, levying a tax and declaring an emergency.
