Vice Chair Rizzi moved, seconded by Boardmember Nesser that minutes of the November 16, 2021 meeting be approved. Yes: 7- Chairperson Wilson, Vice Chair Rizzi, Biggs, Boardmember Evans, Gremmel, Boardmember Schroeder and Boardmember Nesser No: 0 2. 22-069 Consideration for approval of Resolution No. 2022-001 SVCFD No 2, a resolution canvassing, declaring and adopting the results of the General Obligation Bond and Operation and Maintenance Ad Valorem Tax Election held on February 2, 2022 for the Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 2 and adopting and ordering the recording of a Certificate of Result for such election. Boardmember Evans moved, seconded by Boardmember Schroeder to approve Resolution No. 2022-001 SVCFD No. 2 Yes: 7- Chairperson Wilson, Vice Chair Rizzi, Biggs, Boardmember Evans, Gremmel, Boardmember Schroeder and Boardmember Nesser No: 0 City Attorney Stern introduced Zach Sakas of Sherman and Howard, the city's outside counsel for the community facilities district. Mr. Sakas explained the General Obligation Bond and Operation and Maintenance Ad Valorem Tax Election held on February 2, 2022.
