Motion to approve the April Treasurers Report Motion to approve the May Payable Voucher List TOWNSHIP SOLICITOR FRITZ TOWNSHIP ENGINEER LENHART: PUBLIC COMMENT: 1. Mr. Nathan Thomas to discuss right of way occupation by neighbor. CORRESPONDENCE: NEW BUSINESS: Motion to table the Commercial Solar Energy Ordinance and request the Planning Commission meet with representatives of the Clean Air Council / Green Air America to discuss their concerns and report back to the Board of Supervisors. Motion to approve / deny Ordinance No. 02-2025 the Fire Escrow Ordinance. Motion to approve / deny the Act 537 Plan. Motion to approve / deny the proposal for $1,575 for the painting of South Balsinger intersection. Motion to approve / deny the advertisement for the trucking of stone. Motion to approve / deny the PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit for a parcel located at 1775 PA-56E, Spring Church, PA known as Swinging Café Doors and subsequent Maintenance Agreement as drafted and approved by the Township Solicitor. Motion to approve / deny the Escrow Agreement for CNX for costs associated with administration, legal and engineering fees in the amount of $15,000. Motion to approve / deny the diesel fuel bid to Butler Petroleum in the amount of $.04 per gallon over OPIS. Motion to approve / deny the Interim Manager to advertise the auction sale of the recently purchased Kubota tractor.
