TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING WATER CONSERVATION PLAN 1777 N Meadowlark Dr, Apple Valley Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 6:15 PM HEARING NOTICE Public Notice is given that the Town Council of Apple Valley, Washington County, Utah will hold Public Hearings on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 6:15 PM or shortly thereafter at 1777 N Meadowlark Dr, Apple Valley. Public Hearing will be held on the following topics: 1. Resolution R-2025-28, Adoption of the Town of Apple Valley Water Conservation Plan. The Town Council of the Town of Apple Valley, Utah, will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the proposed Town of Apple Valley Water Conservation Plan. Date: Monday, November 18, 2025 Time: 6:15 p.m. Location: Apple Valley Town Hall, 1777 N Meadowlark Drive, Apple Valley, Utah 84737 Purpose: The hearing will present an Water Conservation Plan prepared pursuant to Utah Code § 73- 10-32; the plan addresses measures to conserve water, reduce system losses and promote sustainable management of the Town’s water supply. Availability of Plan: A draft of the Water Conservation Plan is available for public inspection at Apple Valley Town Hall during regular business hours and online at www.applevalleyut.gov. Written comments may be submitted to Jenna Vizcardo, Town Recorder, via email clerk@applevalleyut.gov or in-person at Town Hall prior to or during the hearing. Interested persons are encouraged to attend public hearings to present their views or present their views in writing at least 48 hours prior to the meeting by emailing clerk@applevalleyut.gov.
