Park maintenance updates • York House: cleared all the bushes to allow for a better neighborhood visual • Haller/Wetlands: clearing the fence line and area to the west of parking lot • Restroom winterization will start the first week of October • Skatepark Graffiti has been increasing • Broken toy at Haller is on order 4. Art updates a. 2022 Projects • Haiku has been engraved in bench near the Airport Office(by AAC) • Wood crow from Eagle Festival has been installed along Centennial Trail (by AAC) • Glass mosaic has been added at the Peace Plaza • Mural of Stillaguamish River on the Minifie building on Olympic Ave. • New banner designs (winter designs and for 173rd Street) • Mural on building at the Arlington Cemetery • Karla Matzke has been selected to create a stainless steel tower for the 172nd roundabout b. 2023 call for potential projects 5.
