NEW BUSINESS: Set public hearing for Korten Quality Systems, Ltd. –IFT Tax Exemption Certificate: Public hearing is set for December 14 at 7 p.m. Motion CARRIED BS&A Financial Management Suite: Motion by Paterek seconded by Swiacki to approve expenditure not to exceed $40,000 for the Financial Accounting software from BS&A as presented. Ayes: LeMieux, Swiacki, Paterek, Smith, Goetzinger Motion CARRIED Fire Department: Sale of Engine #2: Motion by Paterek seconded by Swiacki to a) Allow Fire Chief Reynolds to sign the Listing and Marketing Commission Agreement with Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus of Union Grove, Alabama for a non-specified period of time, or until such time as the matter is brought back before the board for further consideration. In addition b) to pre-approve, the sales commission payment to Brindlee Mountain Fire Apparatus of Union Grove, Alabama and authorize payment within 10 days of final sale of Engine #2. The commission amount determined by final sales price according to the Listing and Marketing Commission Agreement.
