ARMADA TOWNSHIP BOARD Special Meeting Minutes 23121 East Main Armada, MI 48005 June 28, 2023 7:00 p.m. MINUTES CALL TO ORDER: 7 p.m. by Supervisor Paterek. MEMBERS PRESENT: Murray, Paterek, Job, Goetzinger, Swiacki MEMBERS ABSENT: None PUBLIC COMMENT: Kevin Grand NEW BUSINESS: FOIA Appeal – M. Butz: Motion by Job seconded by Murray that we approve Mr. Butz’s FOIA request. Motion by Job seconded by Murray to amend motion to include the csv file instead of a pdf for Precinct 1 November 8, 2022 election. All Ayes Motion CARRIED Motion by Paterek seconded by Goetzinger to deny his request for a csv file for Precinct 2 because it is unrecoverable at this point and the effort has been made to recover. Ayes: Murray, Goetzinger, Paterek, Swiacki Nays: Job Motion CARRIED Close hall on July 3: Motion by Swiacki seconded by Goetzinger to close the Armada Township Hall on Monday, July 3, 2023 in observation of the 4th of July.
