Armada Township Board Election Commission Minutes 23121 East Main Street Armada, MI 48005 February 8, 2024 1:00 p.m. CALL TO ORDER: 1 p.m. by Clerk Swiacki MEMBERS PRESENT: Paterek, Swiacki Also present: Dawn Boyd, Deputy Clerk MEMBERS ABSENT: Murray PUBLIC COMMENTS: Sue Howard NEW BUSINESS: Precinct 2 tabulator was used for the required public accuracy test for February 27, 2024 Presidential Primary Election. The commission verified and signed the public accuracy text certification indicating: 1. They examined the test deck chart created, which is incompliance with the Bureau of Elections and 2. They compared the predetermined totals from the test deck chart (created by Election Systems) with the tabulator totals for each item applicable as candidate, write-in position, and proposal, and verified that all totals agree; and 3. An errorless test was successfully completed; and 4. The Public Accuracy test was performed using DS200 tabulator(s) owned by our jurisdiction that will be used on Election Day.
