Page 1 of 2 Asbury Park and Recreation Board Proceedings November 4, 2025 The meeting of the Asbury Park and Recreation Board was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chair Fennel. This meeting was held virtually and in person. Answering roll call: Amy Schauer, Ryan Fennel, Steve Winger, Jared Fluhr and Becky Neumann. Absent was Natalie Steuer and Amanda Kennedy. Also present were Tricia Wagner and Karen Klinkhammer. Amanda Kennedy arrived virtually at 5:31 p.m. Becky Neumann moved to approve the minutes from the 9/2/25 meeting. Seconded by Amy Schauer. Motion carried. (all ayes) The Park Board reviewed the Action Matric Plan and Master Plan Draft. Each park was reviewed individually and given a priority.
