NOTICE OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING The Board of Zoning Adjustment for the City of Athens, Alabama, will hold a work session at 5:00 p.m., followed by the regular meeting at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, at 200 W. Hobbs Street, on Thursday, July 19, 2018, for the purpose of hearing the following applications and appeals. At this time, the applicant and all interested parties are requested to be present and will be given the opportunity to be heard. Approval of Minutes Case #1 Request of Michael Alldredge for an Administrative Appeal/Special Exception to allow for approval of a home occupation to include transfer of firearms, located at 13625 Rising Run Circle in a R-1-3 Single Family High Density Residential District. Case #2 Request of Larry Nelson for an Administrative Appeal to place a second accessory structure on a property without a primary residence, located behind 100 Buchanan Court, in a TN-2, Traditional Neighborhood 2 District.
