Case #2 Request of Chris Seibert for a Special Exception to allow for a Machine Shop with a single CNC machine to operate in a vacant building located to the northeast corner of the intersection of N. Malone St. and 5th Avenue, directly N. of 810 Malone St., in a TN-3, Traditional Neighborhood 3 District. Case #3 Request of MDM Services, Inc. for a variance to reduce the required transparency standard for a Shop Front Building in a TB-Traditional Business District from 70% to 50% (a reduction of 20%) on the front facade and to eliminate the requirement to have 30% transparency on the secondary facade, located at 271 US HWY 31 N, on the southwest corner of Pryor Street and US HWY 31 in a TB- Traditional Business District. Case #4 Request of MDM Services, Inc. for a variance to allow for LED elements within a detached accessory sign within a TB-Traditional Business District, located at 271 US HWY 31 N, on the southwest corner of Pryor Street and US HWY 31 in a TB- Traditional Business District. Case #5 Request of MDM Services, Inc. for a variance to allow for 163 square feet of attached accessory signage within a TB-Traditional Business District (an increase of 63 square feet), located at 271 US HWY 31 N, on the southwest corner of Pryor Street and US HWY 31 in a TB-Traditional Business District.
