NOTICE OF SPECIAL CALLED BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT (BOZA) MEETING The Board of Zoning Adjustment for the City of Athens, Alabama, will hold a work session at 5:00 p.m., followed by a SPECIAL CALLED MEETING (IN-PERSON) at 5:30 p.m., this meeting will be held at the City Council Chambers at 200 Hobbs Street West, Athens, Alabama, on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 30, 2021 for the purpose of hearing the following applications and appeals. Case #3 Request of Henry Higginbotham at address 1703 Foxcroft Drive, for a Variance request of a building setback to add a 2-car garage to an existing garage, subdivision plat has no rear setback. Zoned R-1-1 Low Density Single Family Residential. Case #4 Request of Athens Family Health Center at address 1005 Market Street West, regarding an Appeal and a Variance request for an Area of Sign Face to replace existing letters with new 45sf.
