NOTICE OF BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT (BOZA) MEETING The Board of Zoning Adjustment for the City of Athens, Alabama, will hold a work session at 5:00 p.m., followed by the regular meeting at 5:30 p.m., this meeting will be held at the City Council Chambers at 200 Hobbs Street West, Athens, Alabama, on Thursday, January 20, 2022 for the purpose of hearing the following applications and appeals. Case #1.1 Request of Betty Allen at 605 & 607 3rd Ave., regarding a Variance request specifically related to “Building Setbacks” & “Lot Area Variance”, Zoned: TN-2 – Traditional Neighborhood 2 Zoning District.
