Case #2 Request of KC Logistics, LLC, at 116 Durham Dr., Athens AL 35611, regarding a “Special Exception” specifically on existing vacant land and proposing a temporary mobile office trailer and equipment parking lot. Zoned: M1 - Light Industrial Zoning District. Case #3 Request of Burger King, at 1111 S Jefferson St., Athens, AL 35611 regarding a “Variance Request” specifically related to “Maximum Sign Height” and “Maximum Area of Sign”, the request is to install a 25ft detached sign to replace an existing detached sign.
